A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to increase to an amount equivalent to the poverty level the amount of outside earnings which is permitted any individual each year without deductions from benefits thereunder.

Increases to an amount equivalent to the poverty level (as determined by the Consumer Price Index) the amount of outside earnings which is permitted any individual each year without deductions from benefits under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act.
