A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to allow credit for civil service retirement purposes for time spent by Japanese-Americans in World War II interment camps.

Provides that Japanese-Americans who were placed in internment camps during World War II, in accordance with the policy of the United States with respect to persons of Japanese ancestry and in the interest of national security, shall be credited for civil service retirement purposes with the time they spent in such camp.
