A bill to amend sections 8331 and 8332 of title 5, United States Code, with respect to the creditable service of U.S. Commissioners for purposes of civil service retirement.

Grants credit for time spent as a United States Commissioner for purposes of civil service retirement, with the exception of any time during such period for which credit was received in a different capacity. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8331, 8332)
