A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for the furnishing of outpatient rehabilitation services.

Includes inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services among the items covered under the Medicare program of the Social Security Act. Includes a rehabilitation facility as a provider of services for purposes of the Medicare program. Defines the terms used in this Act.
