Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriation Act - Makes appropriations for the Department of the Interior and related agencies for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period ending September 30, 1976.
Title I: Department of the Interior - Appropriates funds for programs in the fields of land and water resources; fish and wildlife and parks, energy and minerals; Indian affairs; territorial affairs; and for the administration of the Department.
Title II: Related Agencies - Makes appropriations for specified programs of: (1) the Department of Agriculture; (2) the Energy Research and Development Administration; (3) the Federal Energy Administration; (4) the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare and the Office of Education with respect to programs for Indians; (5) the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities; and (6) specified commissions.
Title III: General Provisions - Stipulates that no part of any appropriation under this Act shall be available to the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture for use for any sale hereafter made of unprocessed timber from Federal lands west of the 100th meridian in the contiguous 48 States which will be exported from the United States, or which will be used as a substitute for timber from private lands which is exported by the purchaser.
