Postal Rate and Mail Classification Act - Abolishes the Postal Rate Commission.
Provides for the establishment of postal rates and fees by law in such amounts that revenues will equal expenses incurred under honest, efficient, and economical management.
States that postal rates now in effect shall remain in effect until modified or terminated by law.
