A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to repeal sections which impose certain restrictions on enlisted members of the armed forces and on members of military bands.

Removes the present prohibition upon the payment of remuneration to members of military bands for the furnishing of music outside the limits of military posts and bases. (Repeals 10 U.S.C. 974, 3634, 6223, 8634)
