A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to provide separation pay for regular enlisted members of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Authorizes the payment of separation pay for regular enlisted members of the United States armed forces who have served a minimum of 5 continuous years but less than 20 years of active service and who meet other specified requirements.
