A bill to amend the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 so as to authorize the development of indoor recreation facilities in certain areas.

Authorizes the application of outdoor recreation facility funds under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 for the planning and development of sheltered facilities for such recreation activities within areas where the unavailability of land or climatic conditions hinder such recreation resource utilization and where the increased public use thereby made possible justifies the construction of such sheltered facilities.
