Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to make modifications to Dickinson Dam, Dickinson Unit, Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin program, North Dakota, on the Heart River. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into an amendatory repayment agreement with the city of Dickinson for such purposes.
Authorizes the appropriation of $4,000,000 for such purposes.
