A bill to amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 in order to provide for an advisory committee on safety in each congressional district.

Directs the Secretary of Labor to appoint an advisory committee for each congressional district to review and advise the Secretary on proposed changes in the occupational safety and health standards promulgated under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and to advise employers in such districts regarding the application of such standards to such employer.
