A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, in order to entitle veterans to 45 months of educational assistance for all educational programs under chapter 34 of such title, to eliminate the time limitation within which educational assistance must be used, and to restore on behalf of certain veterans educational assistance benefits previously terminated.
