A bill to amend section 2412 of title 28, United States Code, to provide in a condemnation proceeding the discretionary award of fees and expenses of attorneys to the condemned.

Authorizes the payment of reasonable fees in real property condemnation proceedings by the United States for property for use by its agencies and departments. (Adds 28 U.S.C. 2412(b))
