A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code in order to treat care received in ambulatory surgical centers as inpatient care for purposes of the CHAMPUS program.

Provides that care received in ambulatory surgical centers is inpatient care for purposes of the CHAMPUS program. Defines the terms used in this Act. (Amends 10 U.S.C. 1089)
