Increases from 22 to 23 the age until which a child's insurance benefits under the Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance provisions of the Social Security Act may be paid on the basis of full-time student status, and the age before which a child must have become disabled in order to qualify for such benefits on the basis of disability.
