A bill to amend titles II and XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide medicare coverage for disabled individuals under age 65 from the first month of their entitlement to benefits based on disability, in cases where the individuals involved are becoming reentitled to such coverage after a previous coverage period which ended during the preceding 5 years.

Provides under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) and title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act for medicare coverage for disabled individuals under age 65 from the first month of their entitlement to benefits based on disability, in cases where the individuals involved are becoming reentitled to such coverage after a previous coverage period which ended during the preceding 5 years.
