Sets the per diem expenses allowed members of the uniformed services traveling on official business at an amount sufficient to meet actual and necessary expenses, but in no event more than $35 a day.
Authorizes reimbursement for school expenses in lieu of the per diem amount in specified cases, to a limit of $50 per day. Amends 37 U.S.C. 404(d)
