Provides that a charitable organization shall be denied exemption from taxation under the Internal Revenue Code where amounts paid or incurred by such organization during each taxable year to influence legislation exceed specified sums of money, or where a significant portion of the activities of such organization consists of carrying on propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation.
Designates charitable organizations to which this Act applies, and defines the term "influencing legislation".
Disallows deductions to charitable organizations where the contribution is made for the purpose of influencing legislation.
