Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Valley Forge National Historical Park in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Stipulates that such park is not to exceed three thousand five hundred acres.
Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
