A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide that natural wines containing certain flavorings shall continue to be treated as special natural wines for purposes of the excise taxes on wines.

Allows, under the Internal Revenue Code, wines containing essences and other flavorings approved by the Secretary of the Treasury to continue to be treated as special natural wines for purposes of the excise tax on wines.
