Provides, under the United States Housing Act of 1937 and the National Housing Act, that future social security benefit increases, including cost-of-living increases, shall be disgarded in determining eligibility for admission to or occupancy of low-rent public housing or the rent which an individual or family must pay for such housing, and that such increases shall also be disregarded in determining rents in other federally assisted housing and eligibility for (and the amount of ) other Federal housing subsidies.
