A bill to further amend the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950 as amended, to extend the expiration date of certain authorities thereunder.

Extends until September 30, 1980 specified provisions of the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950 relating to training programs and acquisition of necessary defense materials and facilities.
