A bill concerning the coverage of certain Indiana State employees under section 218 of the Social Security Act.

States that, under the Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance provisions of the Social Security Act, Indiana State employees in part-time positions between January 1, 1969 and prior to October 1, 1973 shall be considered to have been covered by such provisions.

Holds the State of Indiana liable for repayment of any Federal credits issued to it pursuant to such Social Security program prior to the enactment of this Act.
