Extends until June 30, 1978, the existing suspension of duties under the U.S. Tariff Schedules on specified classifications of yarns of silk.
Excludes from gross income, under the Internal Revenue Code, the interest on governmental obligations for specified irrigation dams. Excludes from gross income, under the Code, earnings dervied from payments by a common carrier for the use on a temporary basis of railroad rolling stock owned by a foreign corporation which grants an equivalent exemption to a domestic corporation.
