Suspends the rates of duty, under the Tariff Schedules of the United States, on specified forms of zinc for a temporary period until June 30, 1978. Applies such duty suspension to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after the date of enactment.
Continues the suspension of duties on copper waste and scrap, articles of copper, and other metal waste and scrap until June 30, 1978.
