Authorizes to be apprppriated such sums as are necessary for the fiscal years 1976, 1977, 1978 to enable the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to formulate and carry out a program to assist States through grants-in-aid and other means, to initiate, maintain, and expand nonprofit special summer food service programs for children in service institutions where one-third of the children served are elgible for free or reduced-rate lunches under the National School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act.
Places maximum per-meal limits on the entitlement of service institutions to funds under this Act.
