Authorizes the President to award an annual $50,000 prize for the individual who has conducted the research project which has made the most outstanding contribution to the world's understanding of the causes and cures of cancer. Provides that such prizes shall be known as the President's Cancer Research Prize.
Requires the Director of the National Cancer Institute to review projects in cancer research throughout the world in order to make recommendations to facilitate the provisions of this Act.
