A bill to provide that compensation be allowed under chapter 81 of title 5, United States Code, for certain work injuries which occurred before September 7, 1974.

Allows compensation to Federal employees for work injuries involving the permanent loss or use of any important external or internal organ of the body which occured prior to September 7, 1974, provided that a claim was made within 15 years of such injury.
