A bill to repeal certain provisions of the act entitled "An Act to provide for the establishment of the Assateague Island National Seashore in the States of Maryland and Virginia, and to provide for a comprehensive study of the National Seashore and its environs prior to any recommendations for designation of parts of the seashore for wilderness.

Repeals specified provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the establishment of the Assateague Island National Seashore in the States of Maryland and Virginia," relating to construction of public overnight accomodations and a road into the wildlife refuge located on Assateague Island. Provides for a comprehensive study of the national seashore and its environs prior to any recommendations for designation of parts of the seashore for wilderness.
