A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to increase the penalties imposed for certain firearms violations.

Increases the penalty for unlawfully carrying a firearm during the commission of any felony from one to ten years to two to twenty-five years for the first conviction and from two to twenty-five years to fifteen to twenty-five years for the second conviction. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924(c))
