Requires, under the Federal Meat Inspection Act, that imported meat and meat food products made in whole or in part of imported meat be labeled "imported" at each stage of distribution until delivery to the ultimate consumer.
Directs that owners of eating establishments shall provide that individuals purchasing food from such establishment be informed of the fact that such establishment serves meat or meat food products containing meat imported from a foreign country.
Establishes fines for violation of this Act by eating establishments engaged in operations affecting commerce and which sell meat or meat food products which have been imported from foreign countries.
