A bill to amend section 302 of the Communications Act of 1934 to authorize the Federal Communications Commission to prescribe regulations with respect to certain electronic equipment that is susceptible to radio frequency interference.

Authorizes the Federal Communications Commission to prescribe regulations with respect to protective components in audio and visual electronic equipment which are capable of reducing interference to such equipment from radio frequency energy.
