A bill to prohibit the importation of fresh strawberries into the United States during certain periods of the year.

Prohibits the importation of fresh strawberries into the United States during the period beginning on February 15 and ending at the close of April 1 during any calendar year after 1975. Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture after calendar year 1975 to establish a 60-day period during which fresh strawberries may not be imported into the United States. Specifies that such 60-day period shall coincide with the maturity of the domestic strawberry crop.
