Provides under title XVI of the Social Security Act (Grants to States For Aid to Aged, Blind, or Disabled) that support and maintenance (in cash or kind) furnished to an eligible individual by members of his or her immediate family shall be disregarded (and shall not serve to reduce his or her supplemental security income benefits) to the extent that it does not exceed $200 a month.
