A bill to require the Guam Shipyard Facility to function at its maximum productive capacity.
Guam Shipyard Repairs Facility Act - Requires the Guam shipyard facility to function at the maximum productive capacity at which it has functioned in the past.
Directs the Secretary of the Navy to study the necessity of maintaining shipyard repair facilities in the western Pacific not dependent on foreign treaties or foreign workers, and to report to the Armed Services Committees of the House and Senate within 6 months of the date of enactment of this Act.
