Legislative Branch Appropriation Act - =Title I: Senate= - Makes appropriations for the offices and activities of the Senate for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period through September 1976, including appropriations (pursuant to Senate Resolution 60, 94th Congress, 1st Session) for Senators to hire staff for the purpose of assisting them in connection with their committee work.
=Title II: House of Representatives= - Makes appropriations for the offices, activities and committees of the House for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period through September 1976.
=Title III: Joint Items= - Makes appropriations for the joint committees and police for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period through September 1976.
=Title IV: Office of Technology Assessment= - Makes appropriations for the Office of Technology Assessment for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period through September 1976.
=Title V: Architect of the Capitol= - Makes appropriations for the Architect of the Capitol, for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period through September 1976.
=Title VI: Botanic Garden= - Makes appropriations for the Botanic Garden for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period through September 1976.
=Title VII: Library of Congress= - Makes appropriations for the Library of Congress for fiscal year 1976, and the transition period through September 1976, including funds for the Copyright Office and Congressional Research Service.
=Title VIII: Government Printing Office= - Makes appropriations for the Government Printing Office for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period through September 1976.
=Title IX: General Accounting Office= - Makes appropriations for the General Accounting Office for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period through September 1976.
=Title X: Cost-Accounting Standards Board= - Makes appropriations for the Cost-Accounting Standards Board for fiscal year 1976 and the transition period through September 1976.
=Title XI: General Provisions= - Sets forth procedures with respect to expenditures of delegations to interparliamentary groups.
Prohibits the gross pay of pages to exceed that in effect on June 30, 1975.
Requires the Architect of the Capitol to study and submit recommendations on a plan to reduce by 50 percent the number of elevator operators for automatic elevators within the Capitol complex.
