Bilingual Vocational Training Act - Authorizes appropriations for bilingual vocational training programs under the Vocational Education Act of 1963 for fiscal years 1976 through 1980.
Authorizes the making of grants to the States and the making of contracts with public and private organizations to assist (1) the conduct of training for instructors of bilingual vocational educational and training programs; and (2) the development of instructional materials, methods, or techniques for bilingual vocational tranining, including research, pilot, and other demonstration and dissemination projects aimed at such development.
