A bill to authorize the emergency issuance to 2,000 special immigrant visas to nationals of Ireland.

Authorizes the issuance of 2,000 special immigrant visas to nationals of Ireland. Provides that the spouse and children of such national, if accompanying or following to join him, may be issued special immigrant visas notwithstanding such numerical limitation.

Directs that consular officers may, under specified conditions, issue such visas in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act.
