A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide that a portion of an individual's wages, salary, or other income shall be exempt from levy to enforce the payment of Federal taxes.

Includes under the Internal Revenue Code as property exempt from levy a specified portion of any amount received by an individual as wages or salary for personal services, or as income derived from other sources.
