A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 with respect to the entitlement under such act of certain remarried widows and divorced wives of railroad employees.

Permits the remarried widow and the divorced wife of an individual entitled to an annuity under the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to receive benefits under such Act to the same extent that she would receive benefits under the Social Security Act if such individual were subject to the Social Security Act.
