A bill to amend the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 to make native Hawaiians eligible for assistance under certain programs established by such act.

Makes native Hawaiians eligible for assistance under the Indian manpower programs established by the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973. Changes the name of such programs to the "Native American manpower programs."
