Authorizes the Federal Power Commission to issue a license for the construction and operation of the Huolopi Dam together with reservoir, powerplant, transmission facilities, access roads and appurtenant works. States that the Dam shall be constructed at Bridge Canyon on the Colorado River and shall provide a normal reservoir elevation of 1,610 feet for the production of hydroelectric power.
