A bill to maximize the availability of credit for national priority uses.
Credit Uses Reporting Act - Establishes a program of reporting by the nation's 200 largest federally insured commercial banks on uses of commercial bank credit to be administered by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Defines "uses of commercial bank credit" for purposes of this Act.
Requires reports from a sample of federally insured commercial banks to measure the amounts of funds being channeled into commercial bank credit.
