A bill to limit the sale or distribution of mailing lists by Federal agencies.

Restricts the sale or distribution of mailing lists by Federal agencies. Sets forth penalties for violation of this Act. Provides that such penalties shall include imprisonment for not more than one year, or a fine of not more than $10,000, or both. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 552)
