A bill to amend the act of June 4, 1897, to increase the value limitation on the amount of forest products which the Secretary of Agriculture may sell without advertisement.

Increases from $2,000 to $10,000 the authorization of the Secretary of Agriculture to sell without advertisement, in his discretion, at a fair, appraisement, timber and cordwood and other forest products.
