A bill to grant a Federal charter to the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association, Inc.

Grants a Federal charter to the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association, Incorporated. Sets forth the objectives and purposes of such corporation. Provides that such corporation shall be nonprofit. Provides that the corporation shall be nonpolitical and, as an organization, shall not furnish financial aid to, or otherwise promote the candidacy of, any person seeking public office.
