A bill to provide for additional sentences for commission of a felony which involve the use of a firearm.

Provides for a sentence of not less than five nor more than fifteen years for the commission of a felony with a firearm in addition to the sentence imposed for the commission of the felony.

Provides for an additional sentence of from ten to thirty years for the commission of any subsequent felony with a firearm.
