A bill to amend the Truth in Lending Act to provide that creditors who act in accordance with advisory opinions rendered by agencies under this act shall be presumed to be in compliance with the act with respect to the matter upon which the advisory opinion was rendered.

Provides under the Truth in Lending Act that creditors who act in accordance with advisory opinions rendered by agencies under the Act shall be presumed to be in compliance with the Act with respect to the matter upon which the advisory opion was rendered.

Directs that any request for an advisory opinion be made public by the agency involved.
