A bill to preserve and protect the free choice of individual employees to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to refrain from such activities.

Provides that the right of individual employees to form, join, or assist labor organizations, or to refrain from such activities, may not be restricted by an agreement requiring membership in a labor organization as a condition of employment (such restriction being presently authorized under the National Labor Relations Act under specified conditions).
