Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to acquire, by donation, purchase, or otherwise, the Rhode Island Veterans' Cemetery, and such additional lands as may be necessary for the establishment of a national cemetery.
Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the acquisition of such lands.
